Q: I ordered my tickets, when will they be shipped?
A: If you ordered them on or before October 24th, they have been shipped. If you order them after October 24th, they are being held at WILL CALL. You can check your email for status updates.

Q: What is WILL CALL?
A: Your ticket(s ) will not be mailed/shipped to you. You will pick up your ticket(s) at the CONCERT venue the DAY OF THE CONCERT between 10:00AM and 5:00PM. WILL CALL tent will be found east of the Rodeo arena inside the Fairgrounds. You must have proper ID in order to claim prepaid tickets, i.e. drivers license and the credit card used for purchase. No refunds on purchased tickets

Q: My credit card is not being accepted.
A: Please verify that you have entered all the requested numbers correctly, in most cases it was a simple keying mistake. Remember when you are ask for you security number, it is located on the back of your card and is ONLY the last 3 digits. If you have verified that your credit card/or debt card information is correct check your web browser; you are ordering through a secure site and you may need to change to successfully complete your transaction.

Q: I pushed the submit more than one time, and now my debit card indicates I have been charged twice.
A: Please wait for your confirmation email, if you only received one with one confirmation number then you were NOT billed twice. If you receive more than one confirmation number, please email us immediately and we will respond.

Q: You said you mailed my tickets, but I have not received them.
A: Please allow 10 business days from the date they were mailed. If this time limit is up, send us an email so we can verify returned tickets. Do not wait until day of concert to address lost tickets.

Q: I need to speak to a person, who can I call?
A: Send us an email with your phone number requesting a call back, and we will call you.

Q: How often is this website and email monitored?
A: From 7:30 am until 12:00 am 7 days a week.

PLEASE NOTE: The Fort Scott Chamber of Commerce is a local ticket outlet only. They are not members of the YATS (Youth Activities Team) therefore they are unable to answer questions regarding internet sales, shipments, or problems with the website. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CALLING THEIR NUMBER FOR THESE QUESTIONS. Questions and concerns are more quickly and best answered through email with the YATS, using the Contact Us link on the left.
